At Waals Architects and Consultants, our fees  charges base on several different methods, depending on the nature of the project and the preferences of the client.

·         Percentage of Construction Cost:

In this case, we charge a percentage of the total construction cost. The percentage can vary depending on the complexity and scale of the project.

Fixed Fee or Lump Sum:

We can also propose a fixed fee or lump sum for a project. In this case, we agree with the client on a set fee for the entire scope of work.

Square Footage Rate:

For residential projects, we usually charge on a per-square-foot basis. We calculate their fee based on the total square footage of the project. This simplifies pricing for residential clients and is commonly used for home design and remodeling.

Reimbursable Expenses:

In addition to our primary fee structure, we may charge for reimbursable expenses. These can include costs such as travel, printing, model making, and other project-related expenses. You will however be notified about whether you are to cover these costs.
