We provide architectural design, interior design, construction management, landscaping, technical documentation, and project consultancy services.

We only collect information you voluntarily give us through our contact form. Here is exactly what that form asks for:

We do not have newsletter sign-ups, user accounts, login systems, or any other mechanism that would collect information beyond what is listed above.

Your browser
You fill in the form and submit it. Your browser sends the information securely over HTTPS to our website.
Our PHP script (on Spaceship)
A small, purpose-built PHP script running on our Spaceship hosting server receives the form data. Its only job is to validate and forward your message — it does not store anything in a database.
Spaceship Mail
The PHP script hands the message to Spaceship's email system, which sends it on as a standard email.
Our company Gmail accounts
The email arrives in our team's Gmail inboxes at info@waalsarchitects.com. From that point, it is handled the same way as any ordinary business email.
Your information is not written to any database, not sold to anyone, and not used for any purpose other than responding to you.
We intentionally do not use any tracking technologies on this website. Specifically:
No analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics).
No advertising or retargeting pixels.
No session-tracking or fingerprinting scripts.
No third-party social media embeds that track you across the web.
However, as with all websites, our hosting provider (Spaceship) may automatically record standard, anonymous server logs. These typically include details such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, and the date and time of the request. This is a normal part of running any web server and is outside our direct control. Spaceship processes this data for infrastructure security and operational purposes.

Our website contains links to our social media profiles on X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. These links are outbound-only — clicking them takes you to those platforms' own websites. We do not embed any social media widgets or scripts that track your behaviour on our site. Once you follow a link to an external platform, that platform's own privacy policy applies.
Your contact form submission is not stored anywhere on our servers — it is forwarded as an email and that is it. In our Gmail inboxes, your email is kept for as long as we need to manage your enquiry. If a project relationship develops, correspondence may be retained as part of our normal business records. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time by contacting us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only parties who may see your submission are:
Members of the Waals Architects team who handle client enquiries.
Spaceship's infrastructure systems, as part of routing the email (see section 03).
Google's Gmail service, which hosts our company email accounts.
Both Spaceship and Google are established providers subject to their own comprehensive privacy and data protection policies.
You have the right to:
Ask what personal information we hold about you.
Request that we correct any inaccurate information.
Request that we delete your information from our records.
Withdraw any permission you have given us at any time.
